bikers staying strong as they climb the hills of IMC Yellow lake - keep those legs a spinnin'

Although the athletes encoutered some unpredictable conditions - a good day was had by all!

As most of us know this year was the 25th Anniversary of IMC.  With the largest field assembled ever for IMC alot of excitement was in the air.  Amoung those athletes were Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes Michael Carson and Daphne Dobko-Walsh.

This was Michael's first Ironman experience and I am sure he will agree - it did not disappoint - he signed up for next year so I guess that speaks for itself!  Although Daphne struggled with some stomach issues everytime we saw her out there on the course she had a large smile and was taking the day as it came. Congrats to both of you and all the athletes out there that took on the challange.  Can't wait to read the race reports!

Next on the schedule for Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes......Val is in Hamburg so fun time at World's next weekend and we can't forget about Ultraman this coming long weekend as Sue Taylor takes on the challange.
