In chronological order we will start with IM FLorida.  Fast times were posted on the day, with calm waters and a fast bike course you need to leave a bit for those 26.2 miles!  Bruce did himself and the team proud with a 13:31 finish time, after a CRAZY year, Bruce is now ready for a much needed off-season, gto et settled into his new home on the Sunshine Coast and finally get to swim again in the new pool!  2008 is going to be fun Bruce!

This last week was the grande finale of the 70.3 Season.  In a series that is just 2 years old there is alot of history being made! New records are one thing but how about Val - sort of the triathlon equivalent to a Hat Trick(Hey I am Canadian eh')- 3 World Championships in 1 year, and she finished things off with a bang - finishing 4th in the female 60-65 - Way to go Girl!  Danielle made her debut at a World Championship and with a PB over the distance she keeps gaining more and more experience.  Finishing in a time of 5:18:00 Danielle is now ready to enjoy her first winter in Boulder - Fun times ahead!

I am off to Arizona for a week to go visit with athletes there and get in some sun before ski season starts- so get out there and MOVE!!
