I just wanted to say Thank-you to all the Vernon Masters Swimmers who donated their time by swimming 100x100's either on their own or in a group and we collected $$$ and clothing that we dropped off at the Salvation Army.  I also wanted to thank Chris's grandmother and his uncle for making the trip to Vernon to spend the holidays with us and Sig and Sharon our good friends.  We had a lovely meal and great conversation and many memories were etched in our minds.

Another great moment was our early Christmas Day run in Kal Park.  Chris, myself and our new pooch Lola went for a lovely run - the sky was pink and the snow was white(at least before Lola got to it!) and it was just a moment in time that will be forever in my mind.

So whether you are in the hills skiing, in the desert running or at the beach in the ocean enjoy the season, get out and play and give thanks for your wonderful surroundings,
