What I love about being a coach to triathletes are all the great people that I get to meet that have amazing life experienences. One of these great people is Suzanne Flannigan(aka Sooz) a College Administor in Lethbridge, Alberta.  I have had the opportunity to coach Sooz on and off for over 5years and over these years I have learned so much not only about coaching and training but about life.  Found here is an article that Suzanne has written and has been published in the International Journal for Post-Secondary Leaders, "A Leader's Story, Leadership, Winter, 2008, Vol. 14, Number 3".
