With Athletes racing in Europe and North America it is not unusual that Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes are spread out.  This past weekend had only one event - but a great event it was!  Suzanne Flannigan - after a few years off - came back to the sport and had a fabulous time at the Sylvan Lake 1/2 IM.  She is once again truly hooked and with Ronnie and Sue have already signed up for IM Switzerland for 2009!  Not sure if I should start warning the country now - but fun times ahead!  Congrats Suzanne and nice to have that one in the bank!

This coming weekend is the BC long weekend up here in Canada a time of summer fun and travel!  Sue Taylor is heading off to the island to participate in the Self Transcendance Triathlon(I believe it is BC's oldest triathlon) and Although not in Canada Marc Rubin is heading out to Michigan to the Whirlpool Steelhead 70.3 race.  Needless to say - the season is a busy one and fun times are being had.
