Heres to the coming season!

The summer sun seems a long way away - but with snow on our hills it makes winter that much easier to enjoy!

We have officially transitioned from fall to winter and with snow falling and in the midst of the holiday season you just can't help but be a bit excited for the coming season!

Endurance Health and Fitness athletes have been busy having a great time running in off-road races and just simply enjoying the season.  Up here at the Soveriegn Lake Nordic club we have already hosted 1 Nor-Am and are ready to host another this weekend.  This week also signifies the start of the Master's program up at Sovereign Lake Nordic Club - as Darren likes to say if you want to ski longer and smoother come check out the Wednesday night program and you will find more info at www.sovereignlake.com. 

Myself and Chris have been busy getting some great education into the world of Lactate Testing.  Under the guidance of fellow Vernonites Andrew and Ginny Sellars Chris and I are now officially a FaCt Level 1 Certified Centres.  For more information on FaCt testing check out the website http://www.fact-education.com
