Here we are already at the mid-point of April.  I love April because I know warmer weather is just around the corner and the true frenzy of the triathlon season will be upon us!

Britni got a bit of a headstart as she headed down to California for her annual trek to the California 70.3(it takes everything in my being NOT to call it Ralph's - Marketing at it's finest!)  Cool temps greated athletes as they plunged into the chilly Pacific Ocean.  Brit had a steady race and a great way to start her 2009 as she turns her focus to the warmer temps of  Honu in May.

Nancy will be making the trek to Mexico for the Rocky Pt. triathlon - a great Olympic triathlon as she turns up the burners as she continues to steadily work toward Austria 70.3

2009 is going to be awesome, and I know that for those of us in BC and Alberta we are simply excited that we can finally ride our bikes outside - YIPEEEEEE!!!!!

So.....get out there and move!
