So when I chatted with Mike Lotz Saturday for our "pre-race" chit chat I caught him just getting off the plane from the quick flight from Tucson where he had just finished cheering on Stef at the Tour de Tucson.  Never to miss the opportunity of being a team - I love it!!!!  When I called Stef on Sunday to see how Mike's day was going she was in the middle of her own marathon keeping an eye on their beautiful 3-year old daughter Julia and trying to find Mike out on the course - really what a cool family and what a GREAT way to spend your weekend - Congrats to Stef on completing her first tour de Tucson and Congrats to Mike on another fabulous Ironman!  And Congrats on being such a fabulous family!  Now recover and think about hmmmmmmmm.....what could be next.........

In addition to the racing in Arizona, Kim enjoyed her "re-intro" to racing at the quite possibly the hilliest 10k in the country at Bear Mtn in beautiful Victoria, BC.  After a few months off after IMC it was time to get the body back into action - and what a great way to do it!  Love those pitter patters girl!

Next on the list.....Well Jim flies off to Mexico tonight - Rick and family are already down there - getting prepped to cheer on Jim and getting acclimitized with the best hydration options possible I am sure!  Have a Great time in Cozumel Jim - you are ready to experience the day!

For the rest of us....with winter just around the corner, get some good functional clothes on and get out there and Move!
