It may be winter but we're still smokin' HOT!

It may be January and just the beginning of the year, but Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes are starting off on the right foot.

This past weekend found both Marc Rubin and Kyle Burnett heatin up the streets of the desert during the Rock' Roll Half Marathon.  Marc posted a PB for the event despite the below freezing temperatures at the start and Kyle eased his way back into running with a steady and well executed event.  Things are looking good for IMAZ!

While the event in PHX was chilly, the crazy storms endured by the west coast took their toll on the Island Race Series Season Opener at the Saanichton 8k just outside of Victoria, British Columbia.  With snow and sleet and icy roads the 8k was forced to be postponed until this coming weekend.

So, with that in mind, many Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes will be running up a storm both in Saanich and at the Carlsbad Half Marathon just outside of San Diego this coming weekend -

In addition to the running events enjoyed by those on the West Coast and the SouthWest, Randy will be enjoying a snowshoe event up top of Mt. Washington on Vancouver Island, and I am pleased to announce the beginning of a fun night of Free Technique Ski events - I like to call them the Wednesday Night Whoppets - starting this wednesday, January 17th at SLNC just outside of Vernon.

So, needless to say, Get Out and Play!
