This Sunday, June 24th marks the 5th running of Ironman Couer D'Alene.  A couple things have changed at this event, most notably for the athletes the fact that this year will mark a new bike course, but for the most part Ironman Couer D'Alene still exhibits the attitude of a small town Ironman. I must say that I am excited to make the trek down to watch so many great athletes accept the challange of the day.

Join Melisa, Marc, Bruce, D'arcey and Brenda as they tackle the course, enjoy the support of fans and volunteers and race their hearts out on Sunday.
