Endurance Health and Fitness Athletes dug deep this past weekend as they courageously conquered a tough day, but then again what Ironman day isn't tough!
If you have yet to experience the town of Couer D'Alene, Idaho, put it on your list of places to see. And if you are looking for a great Ironman Venue seriously consider it! Typically this 4th weekend in June proves to be the start of summer in this great town, but this year it threw a bit of a curve ball at the competitors and so through winds and cold rough waters the athletes attacked the day.
Congratulations to Marc, Melisa, D'arcey, Bruce and to Brenda for being there. Everyone finished and no doubt everyone learned a few things out there - but hey that is what the day is about. New friends were made and new limits were explored. You all ROCK so recover, absorb the efforts and until next week when Britni heads down for the Lake Steven's 1/2 Ironman, Be Safe, Train Smart and go Play!
