Racing Strong and enjoying the journey
The girls of Endurance Health and Fitness were busy this weekend.
Seems like this weekend was all about girlpower - and power they had.
We will start with Vineman and th 70.3 race where both Danielle and Valerie raced to PB's over the distance. Danielle in her second 70.3 event and the veteran Val defying all odds and setting a Personal Best at the age of 62. Both girls captured slots to the 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater in November, and just to add more spice to life Val also collected her Kona spot. Val - you keep life full of fun:)
Elise raced closer to home at the Sylvan 1/2 IM and captured an age-group win enroute to a 7th overall placing in the womans division. Great prep as she prepares for Kona in October.
Congrats to these woman and for the rest of us......little rest from racing for a bit, August will see some short course events and then the next big event is IMC on August 26th. Fun times ahead.....so you know the drill.....get out there and move!
